In this tutorial we will learn how to create a colorful Photo Manipulation in Photoshop. Learn how to change hair color, lip color, eye color and add beautiful design elements to an image!

• Flower brushesNow we have everything we need so let’s start designing.
  
  Step 1 - Create a new file with Width and Height.
  
  Step 2 - Open the model image and paste it on our file.
  
  Step 3 - Now create a new layer and change the blending mode to “color”. With foreground color # 34ff2b, select a soft round brush and use it over the lip and eyes.
  
  Step 4 - Create another layer and change thee blending mode to “Color” again. Now select different some colors and use them to color the hair.
  
  Step 5 - Now select soft round brush and use it under the eyes with color # 000000.
  
  Step 6 - Now select a star brush mentioned above and use it randomly with color # b78155. After that reduce the opacity to 70%.
  
  Step 7 - We will add outer glow to our starts. So click on Layer> Layer Style> Outer Glow.
  
  Step 8 - Create a new layer and select one of the star brushes mentioned above. Use it over thee eye with color # ffffff.
  
  Step 9 - Now click on Layer> Layer style> Outer Glow. And add some outer glow to the stars.
  
  Step 10 - Repeat the same process and add stars on the other eye as well.
  
  Step 11 - Create a new layer and place it under the star layer. Now select the Pen Tool and create a stripe on the left.
  
  Step 12 - Now right click on the path and select “Make selection. Then fill the selection with color # ff7849.
  
  Step 13 - Repeat the same process and create some more stripes with different colors.
  
  Step 14 - Create a new layer and select the pen tool again. Now create a small shape.
  
  Step 15 - Right click on the path and select “Make selection”. Now fill the selection with # 605ca9.
  
  Step 16 - Repeat the same process and create some more random shapes. Fill these with different colors and change the blending mode of the layer to “Overlay”.
  
  Step 17 - Create a new layer and use flower brush and swirl brush mentioned above with color # fcf8a4.
  
  Step 18 - Now select the star brush again and use it over the main file with color # ffffff.
  
  Step 19 - Now we will add some outer glow to these stars so click on Layer> Layer style> Outer Glow.
  
  Step 20 - Create a new layer and select “Hard Round brush” and use it over the stripes with color # ffffff.
  
  Step 21 - Now change the blending mode of the above layer to “Overlay”.
  
  Step 22 - Now use round brush on the flowers with color # ffffff. Then add some outer glow with color # ff7800.
  
  Step 23 - Now select the “Ellipse Tool” and use it randomly on the left side. Fill these with different colors. Lastly just change the blending mode to “Overlay”.
